With the U.S. location, ecVision has enabled faster application response times for US-based customers accessing their systems that ecVision hosts. The other data center in Hong Kong supports multiple installations for major retailer organizations in the U.S. and overseas.

Enterprise-grade physical security measures are in place, including dual-factor data center access control using bio-metric and electronic measures, around-the-clock CCTV cameras that are located in each entry point, and server uptime monitoring by on-site staff. Intrusion detection systems, numerous firewalls, redundant power supplies, fail-over systems and off-site back-up storage are a few of the measures the facility has in place to ensure business continuity and ensure protection of valuable data. Leading hardware and software technology includes Dell Enterprise servers with Linux and Oracle software.
