XpressChain® facilitates the exchange of any-to-any document exchange, transfer of any document
types (EDI, XML, etc) and communication through
a variety of protocols including; AS2, VAN, FTP,
FTP with PGP, and HTTPS. |

ASN / Packing List module provides functions for you to fulfill the ASN and labeling requirements of your customers. They include: receipt of buyer's Purchase Order (PO); PO acknowledgement; automatic generation of Packing List (PL) and Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) from PO data; UCC / EAN-128 label generation and printing; price ticket / hang tag generation and printing, and electronic exchange of the documents. Customer's specific business rules are built in to help minimize clerical and transcribing errors.
Invoice module produces both electronic and paper invoices from the received orders and generated packing lists. Similar to ASN / Packing List module, it provides invoice generation according to pre-determined rules and electronic exchange of the documents. Electronic invoices can be sent to banks for faster settlement of Letters of Credit.
Order Placement module provides capabilities for you to track received orders and the associated documents; to trace orders status and the corresponding shipments, and to perform analysis on orders and shipments.
Document Management is the core of XpressChain®. It functions as a centralized data repository for
storing all structured electronic documents and
provides flexible folder management functions
to manage and view your documents. It also provides
connectivity to multiple networks with additional
network adaptors. This powerful feature enables
you to communicate with many customers over different
networks.
