With no limit to the file type or size, the Content Collaboration Portal allows users to upload /download the documents needed to remain up-to-date and in sync with the company's ever changing flow of information. Document versions are searchable and conveniently stored within Content Collaboration Portal or your local server.

Users can easily share and discuss documents in real-time without sending a single email. To ensure receipt, users can prompt recipients to send notification alerts or certify their receipt with acknowledgements upon download from the Content Collaboration Portal.
