Since the ecVision Suite is a cloud-based application, all supply chain data is easily stored and consolidated on one platform. For logistics professionals, the PO Collaboration feature allows them to add the finalized costs to their product masters and in a single click create a purchase order without the need to rekey the data. If an external system exists to handle purchase order creation, confirmed purchase orders can be integrated into the Global Logistics Collaboration Module.

From the vendor's perspective, the vendor's login to the ecVision Suite to see any pending or received purchase orders that were sent electronically by the retailer or brand. This allows the vendor to either confirm the order or make an amend request which would then be sent back to the retailer or brand. Also within the PO Collaboration tab, retailers can track all changes made to a purchase order on the PO Exception page as well as make mass PO approvals on the PO Approval page.
