For Vendors
The Supplier Community gives suppliers an opportunity to self register their
company with the ecVision Suite. Within their profile, vendors, agents and factories can post their company overview information along with their product catalog. For Brands and Retailers
Retailers and private label brands who can search the Supplier Community Library for new vendors, view their catalogs and contact them for more information or with a Request for Proposal, creating a one stop shop for new vendor searches. From within the compliance audit feature, brands and retailers can send a request for audit to either a specific auditor(s) or all of the auditors listed within the auditor master. Each of their availability schedules are viewable to users, allowing retailers and brands to schedule and contact the appropriate auditors for the request. Automated alerts are received by the auditor once the request is submitted.
If the brand or retailer requires specific information or questions to be completed during the audit, a questionnaire can be created by the user. These forms can not only be created but edited to add, delete or rephrase certain questions as well as determine how each question is weighed by percentage.
If a supplier passes the audit, the vendor can be automatically changed to an approved vendor list. If the supplier fails, any activity with the supplier in question can be prohibited immediately.
